James Rice leads Si Bon Catering with a résumé perfectly suited to meet client expectations and support the entire catering team. He began his career in the kitchens as a dishwasher and has since served as Director of Catering at Maxims de Paris Hotel, the Hyatt Palm Springs, the Hyatt Indian Wells, Hotel Zaza, and the Dallas Convention Center for eight years. James's extensive experience in both luxury spaces and convention centers enables him to plan high-profile and high-volume events. He is highly knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering on his promises. James and Leanne are passionate about the desert and strong advocates for the health and safety of the Casco Viejo Cat Community in Panama 🇵🇦.
